Arvind Jain is the Founder and CEO of Glean, the AI-powered work assistant that brings people the answers they need to be more productive and happier at work. Prior to Glean, Arvind co-founded and led R&D at Rubrik, a publicly traded leader in the data security space. Arvind also spent over a decade at Google as a distinguished engineer, where he led teams in Google’s Search, Maps, and YouTube products. Prior, Arvind held a leadership position at Akamai and started his career at Microsoft. He earned his BTech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

T.R. Vishwanath is a Co-founder and Technical Infrastructure Lead at Glean, and he oversees the development and maintenance of integrations with various data sources. He enjoys designing reliable and fast solutions to meaningful user problems. Before joining Glean, Vish held technical leadership roles at Facebook for close to a decade, contributing to various areas of the product such as the Facebook developer platform, News Feed, and Ads. Prior to Facebook, they worked on developer tools and runtimes at Microsoft. Vish holds a B. Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, India, and a Masters from the University of Texas at Austin.

Tony Gentilcore is a Co-founder and Product Engineering lead at Glean. For more than 20 years, he has loved to build products with fast and smooth user interfaces for devices of every size. During a decade at Google, he helped modernize the web search results page from the static “ten blue links” days into the JavaScript era. Later he founded and led the Chrome Speed Team where he and his team contributed to the HTML5 specification, helped form the W3C Web Performance Working Group and ensured Chrome established itself as the fastest browser. Tony received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University. Away from the LCD glow he’s on a quest to photograph every bird species in the world.

Tamar Yehoshua is the President of Product and Technology at Glean, the Work AI platform connected to all your data that allows you to find, create, and automate anything.Prior to joining Glean, Tamar was Chief Product Officer at Slack, where she led product, design, and research as the company scaled, including a 10x increase in revenue, its public listing, and an acquisition by Salesforce. Tamar also led product and engineering teams at Google, working on Search, Identity and Privacy, and at A9.com, an Amazon company. Additionally, she was also a venture partner at venture capital firm IVP. Tamar has served on the board of directors for RetailMeNot, ServiceNow, Snyk, and Yext. She earned her BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Masters in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Michael Miao is the VP of Finance and Business Operations at Glean, where he oversees Strategic Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations. Michael has over a decade of experience in both operating and investing roles and is focused on helping Glean make smart financial decisions to maximize growth and efficiency. Before joining Glean, Michael was a Partner at IVP, a multi-stage Venture Capital firm where he led investments in late-stage technology companies. Prior to that, he spent two years at Dropbox as an early employee on their Strategic Finance team. Michael began his career in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank after he graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration.

Marc Wendling is the SVP of Worldwide Sales at Glean, where he oversees global sales strategies and operations. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Marc has a proven track record of driving growth and scaling sales organizations.Before joining Glean, Marc was the VP of Worldwide Data Cloud Sales and Alliances and Global VP of SMB Sales at Snowflake. He played a pivotal role in the company’s explosive growth, helping to scale its global sales organization during its historic trajectory from startup to a market leader with a $75 billion market cap. Prior to Snowflake, Marc held key leadership roles at revenue productivity platform MindTickle and SaaS analytics platform Sumo Logic, where he expanded sales teams, scaled revenue, and drove operational success across fast-growing technology businesses. Earlier in his career, as VP of Corporate Sales at Clearslide, Marc grew revenue from $3 million to $25 million in just two years.Marc earned his Master’s Degree in MSc Management at SKEMA Business School.

Matt “Kix” Kixmoeller is the chief marketing officer (CMO) at Glean. In his role, he oversees the global marketing organization, responsible for building awareness for Glean’s mission of using generative AI to expand human potential to do extraordinary work.As a seasoned marketing and product executive, Matt brings a wealth of experience in scaling disruptive technology companies. Prior to Glean, Matt led marketing at self-driving software company Ghost Autonomy, and Marketing and Product at multi-billion dollar data storage pioneer, Pure Storage. As one of Pure’s founding leaders, Matt helped define the All-Flash Array category, shepherding the company from pre-IPO startup to one of the fastest-growing infrastructure companies of all time and the leading independent storage company.Prior to joining Pure Storage in 2009, Matt was Vice President of Product Management for Symantec / VERITAS’ largest product line, NetBackup and Enterprise Vault, and served as a founding team member at Centrata, a leading provider of IT service management software.Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Sunil Agrawal is the Chief Information Security Officer. Sunil is responsible for the overall security of the Glean’s product, infrastructure, and corporate environment. With over 20 years of experience in the field of security, Sunil has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Sunil previously served as Bolt's Head of Security and held security leadership roles at Nutanix, Netflix, Adobe, and more. He also was the founder and CTO of Armor5, a Zero Touch Cloud Security company acquired by Digital Guardian. He has experience with both sides of security, conceptualizing and delivering innovative and high-quality security solutions – including Emmy-award-winning solutions for technology.Sunil holds 40+ patents in different areas of security and is well-versed in Cloud/Mobile Security, LLMs/Generative AI, IAM, Video/Document DRM, and PKI. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University and an MS in Computer Science from Iowa State University.

Amy Keating is the Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at Glean, where she oversees the company’s legal function, including compliance and corporate governance, as well as the IT, HR, real estate, and office workplace teams. Prior to Glean, Amy served as Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at space and data company Planet Labs, where she led legal, compliance, security, and corporate development, guiding the company’s transition from private to public. Amy also served as the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Mozilla, where she oversaw the legal, policy, and security functions, supporting the organization behind the Firefox web browser, and spent several years at Twitter as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, joining in 2012 as the company’s first litigation-focused lawyer. During her tenure, Amy supported Twitter through its IPO and beyond, handling legal matters across more than twenty countries as the platform and its workforce expanded globally. Earlier in her career, Amy was part of the legal team at Google and began her practice as an associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP. Amy currently serves on the Boards of the Mozilla Foundation and Mozilla Ventures. She holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley.

Neboysa Omcikus is the VP of Strategy & Customer Outcomes at Glean, where he oversees post-sales activities, product strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. With a background in leading product initiatives, Neboysa has been instrumental at Glean since its inception. He previously held the role of Head of Product, where he worked to align products with market demands and customer feedback. Prior to Glean, he worked on the Product Management team at Rubrik. Through his experience and responsibilities, Neboysa ensures that Glean's customers have a smooth experience post-sales, maintaining high satisfaction and promoting continued engagement and AI usage. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.

Emrecan Dogan is the Head of Product at Glean. He manages product, data science, product operations, and technical project management teams at Glean. Emrecan has 15+ years experience in Product Management, holding prior roles at Stripe, LinkedIn and Amazon. He holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
