Now available:
Agent builder: Easily automate complex workflows using a visual builder and natural language prompts

Glean now supports Jira JQL actions, allowing users to run advanced Jira searches directly within multi-step agent workflows. Whether using JQL or natural language, users can filter tickets by assignee, status, project, and more — all without switching tools.
This unlocks deeper visibility into Jira data and gives teams more precision when answering questions, identifying bottlenecks, or analyzing scope.

Glean’s new integration with Databricks Genie lets you explore structured data using simple, conversational prompts. Glean routes relevant questions to Genie automatically and returns structured results, grounded in Databricks data.
This integration leverages Genie’s APIs and Unity Catalog for secure access control, so results reflect row- and column-level permissions and always respect enterprise governance. From revenue breakdowns to operational metrics, teams can now explore Databricks data as easily as they search documents.

Real-time Salesforce queries are now available in Glean, giving teams quick, natural-language access to pipeline data, open opportunities, and key metrics. This makes it easy for GTM, Finance, and other teams to get fast, accurate answers without switching tools or writing SOQL.

Glean Agents includes a set of prebuilt actions that make it easy to connect with tools like Slack, Google Calendar, Salesforce, Jira, and Databricks directly from the agent builder. These actions let agents do real work — like sending messages, creating tickets, and searching across structured data. Actions are permissions-aware, so teams can use them confidently in agentic workflows.

Glean’s new Databricks connector now indexes AI/BI dashboards, making it easy to discover and reference key reports across your company. Titles, filters, authors, and other metadata are fully searchable, so employees can surface relevant dashboards alongside documents, conversations, and project files — all from a single query. This gives teams better visibility into reporting that was previously siloed, helping them make faster, more informed decisions with trusted data.

Web search in Glean is now easier to configure and customize. Admins can manage supported providers — including Bing, Google Gemini, and OpenAI — directly in the admin console using the new web search actions.

Glean syncs Workday public knowledge base articles, making it easy to find company policies, benefits information, and internal HR announcements.

Glean now offers a set of quickstart agent templates — prebuilt, customizable agents designed to handle real business tasks out of the box. These include personal agents for day-to-day productivity, like organizing tasks or summarizing meetings, as well as templates for critical workflows like sales prospecting, support issue resolution, and reviewing pull requests. Each template can be easily tailored to match your company’s tools and processes — so agents fit seamlessly into the way you work.

Glean Protect allows you to control who can build and share agents, so you can permission agents and help align them helping to align the intended purpose of the agent with organizational use policies.

When creating a ticket, Glean will prepopulate it, including issue details and who the correct department to work on it is so it is routed to the correct individual. This streamlines IT support, speeds up resolution times, and makes it easier for teams to stay productive.

The new Assistant homepage makes it easier to get started with specific use cases or to find and use the agents that matter most.
