Trello is a visual tool that helps teams manage any type of project, workflow, or task tracking. It allows users to add files, checklists, or even automation. Glean finds the users that have been given view access to the board and then resolves those permissions with any other rules and overrides, such as workspace-wide visibility, to determine the final list of all users that are allowed to search for that board within Glean. Glean is notified of create/update/delete actions regarding cards and update/delete actions regarding boards.
