Reformat dates for input into legacy systems

Use the [[Holiday calendar]] to provide a table with the following: Holiday Name: This is the holiday name.Start Date/time: This is the start date of the holiday. It should be formatted like this: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM AM, and it should always start at 12:00 AM. End Date/time: This is the end date of the holiday. It should be formatted like this: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM AM, and it should always be at 12:00 AM one day after what is written on the Glean holiday calendar. Only include text, no html. Only add information into the table.
